4. PAYMENT TERMS

Any payments made by credit card are subject to the approval of the financial institution that has issued the credit card.

5 . CREDIT CARD ADDRESS INFORMATION MISMATCH
TFFIRMA Inc reserves the right to cancel an order if the billing address is not matching with the credit card informations. TFFIRMA Inc will do the outmost possible to rich the customer in order to obtain the right information and validate the transaction. If those information are not available for any reason, TFFIRMA Inc reserves the right to ask the customer to pay the total amount by Money Order.

6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The availability of certain Products may be limited, and Products may not be available for immediate delivery. Groupe TFFirma.inc may revise or cease to make available any Products at any time without prior notice. In the event that Groupe TFFirma.inc is unable to deliver you a Product ordered due to lack of availability, Groupe TFFirma.inc will notify you via e-mail and your order will be automatically cancelled with respect to such unavailable Product, provided that Groupe TFFirma.inc may, at its sole discretion, contact you in order to allow you to maintain your order subject to a revised delivery time if and when the Product becomes available.


7. SHIPPING; TAXES
